Toenail Fungus is Onychomycosis, which is
a living, fungal infection that is found in a damp and dark
environment like under or around your finger or toenails, the toenail

dark environments you need to keep your nails clean, dry, and short,

growing back. After you finish bathing be sure that you dry your
feet well, and make sure that you get between your toes. If your
feet sweat a lot, make sure you change you socks regularly, several
times a day. You can help keep your feet dry by avoiding to wear
socks or hose that are made from polyester or nylon, since they do not
absorb sweat well. Wear either 100% cotton, wool, or even silk
socks and hoses, since they will absorb the moisture around your feet,
and provide better ventilation. Also by wearing shoes that allow
plenty of air flow, will help with ventilation (i.e. air holes on the
sides).
